Learning and Development Manager

Job Description: As a Learning and Development Manager at Zuper Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for overseeing training and development programs, learning management, instructional design, and leadership development within the organization. This full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai requires a skilled professional who possesses a strong background in Training & Development, Learning Management, Instructional Design, and Leadership Development. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential for this role. Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools will be beneficial, and previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. A background in HMCT / Hospitality is preferred, and past experience of working in the same industry will be considered an added advantage.
