Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and development programs for employees.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and manage the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
