We’re Hiring: Human Resources Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Level: Mid to Senior-Level About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of HR practices, and a passion for fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business goals and values. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational objectives. Manage employee relations and provide guidance to managers on performance and conflict resolution. Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and retention. Partner with senior management to align HR practices with business priorities. Prepare HR metrics, reports, and insights for leadership review. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to lead HR functions across multiple disciplines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability. Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
