Role Description:-

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the overall human resources operations and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, training, and performance management.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

·      Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies.

·      Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

·      Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles (technical, operations, agronomy, sales, etc.).

·      Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

·      Organize onboarding processes for new hires.


Employee Engagement & Culture:-

·      Foster a positive work environment and promote the company’s core values.

·      Plan and implement employee engagement activities and team-building events.

·      Conduct regular employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.

·      Resolve grievances or conflicts promptly and professionally.


HR Policy & Compliance

·      Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.

·      Ensure adherence to company policies and handle disciplinary procedures where necessary.

·      Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

·      Support audits and ensure statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, gratuity, etc.).


Performance Management

·      Manage performance review cycles and appraisals.

·      Support HODs in setting KPIs, goal tracking, and employee development plans.

·      Identify training needs and facilitate internal or external training programs.


Payroll & HR Operations

·      Coordinate with accounts/finance for timely payroll processing.

·      Manage attendance, leave, and time tracking systems.

·      Oversee issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc.


Learning & Development

·      Organize training sessions to upskill staff and promote growth.

·      Develop learning roadmaps for different departments.

·      Maintain a knowledge-sharing ecosystem across teams.


HR Analytics & Reporting

·      Maintain HR dashboards and generate regular reports on headcount, attrition, performance, etc.

·      Analyze trends and metrics to improve HR processes and employee experience..
