Human Resources Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented HR Executive who will not only manage core HR activities but also support the tracking of sales performance, analyze company and employee performance, and build effective teams for various roles. This position requires a blend of HR expertise and analytical skills to ensure organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain and track sales performance of the team in coordination with the sales department.

-Analyze overall company performance as well as individual employee performance.

-Identify hiring needs, prepare job descriptions, and manage recruitment for various roles.

-Build and manage suitable teams for different company positions.

-Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance appraisal processes.

-Handle employee engagement and relations to maintain a positive work culture.

-Support payroll preparation, leave management, and other HR operations.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

-1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a performance-driven environment.

-Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

-Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional responsibilities.

-Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
