Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality creatives for both digital and print media focused on debt collection, repayment processes, and financial awareness . Translate complex financial and collection data into engaging visuals such as infographics, reports, dashboards, and explainer videos. Collaborate with compliance, operations, and marketing teams to produce materials aligned with regulatory standards and client communication objectives. Create visual assets for presentations, internal training, proposals, and documentation within the financial and collections domain. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all creative outputs. Work with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) , Canva , or similar design platforms. Ensure all content adheres to data confidentiality and compliance guidelines. Stay current with design trends in financial communication, fintech visualization, and digital engagement . Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design , preferably in financial services, fintech, or collections . Strong understanding of debt lifecycle , recovery processes, and industry-specific communication needs. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) ; working knowledge of Canva or Doodly is an advantage. Proven ability to visualize financial data and communicate complex concepts clearly through design. Strong attention to detail , creative storytelling, and data visualization skills. Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US-shift environment.
