Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Raipur. The role involves managing HR operations, formulating and implementing HR policies, and building positive employee relations. Additionally, the role requires monitoring HR activities, addressing workforce concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting an engaging and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations.
• Effective skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies.
• Solid understanding of Human Resources functions and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees and leadership effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; professional HR certifications are a plus.
