Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating recruitment, onboarding processes, performance management, training, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with management to address workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
• Proficiency with HR software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR role is preferred
