Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including attendance, onboarding, and documentation.

  • Coordinate recruitment and walk-in interviews for various roles.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely MIS updates.

  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

  • Assist in policy implementation and HR administrative work.

  • Liaise with management for HR reports and manpower planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Management.

  • Strong experience in HR operations and recruitment.

  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

  • Should be comfortable working in a structured setup with 6-day working.

  • Preferably from the manufacturing or real estate sector.
