The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing various aspects of human resource management. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Qualifications Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations Proficiency in fostering effective Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies A solid understanding of general Human Resources (HR) processes and practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
