Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions, including supporting HR management, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also be involved in day-to-day HR operations and will provide support in the recruitment process and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience or understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Knowledge in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
