Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The Human Resources Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including implementing and managing HR operations, maintaining effective employee relations and ensuring adherence to best practices within the organization. The role also involves identifying talent needs, contributing to employee engagement strategies, and supporting day-to-day HR-related activities.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Maintain employee records and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Plan and run training and development programs to support employees growth and organizational development.
• Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and seminars to network with professionals in the field.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and effective daily operations of the HR department.
  

Requirements:

• Should be graduated in any stream (Degree in management (BBM/MBA) will be preferred).
• Proven work experience in HR management or related fields, such as recruiter or similar role.
• Neat, professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.
