Job Description

As an experienced Plant HR / Industrial Relations Professional, your role involves managing end-to-end HR operations and fostering a healthy industrial environment at the manufacturing unit. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day plant HR operations including attendance, leave, and shift management. - Handle Industrial Relations (IR) by maintaining worker and union relationships. - Address employee grievances and ensure disciplinary procedures are followed. - Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other labour laws. - Maintain mandatory registers and provide support during audits. - Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for plant-level roles. - Lead employee engagement, welfare, and safety initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a degree in HR, IR, or Labour Welfare. - Possess strong knowledge of factory and labour laws. - Have prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup. - Demonstrate good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The salary for this position will be as per industry norms, and the joining is expected to be immediate or within 15 days.
