Job Summary:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Assist in recruitment processes including screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding and induction for new employees
• Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements
• Handle employee engagement activities and communications
• Assist in attendance tracking
• Ensure HR compliance and adherence to company policies
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Department

Front Office Management:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier
• Maintain the reception area and Conference Hall and ensure it is clean and presentable
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic office supplies
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures
• Provide general support to the administration department

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (BBA HR, BSW, BA or equivalent)
• 02 years of experience in HR or front office roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
