Telecallers – Customer Support

Tele-callers

This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage and resolve support-related concerns effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Address and resolve customer queries related to our services and offerings
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information as required
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex queries
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

• Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service roles preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
