Job Summary:

Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and manage documentation.
• Support performance appraisal processes and coordinate review cycles.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assist with training and development programs.
• Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
• Address employee queries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
• Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a cybersecurity or IT company.
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho People, Keka, or similar HRMS.
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
