Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Kochi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, and handling employee relations. Daily tasks include talent acquisition, onboarding, maintaining employee records, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Executive will also oversee performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ability to manage employee relations, performance management and employee engagement
• Proficiency in payroll management and maintaining employee records
• Good understanding of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the design or interior works industry is a plus
