Your Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate monthly payroll & maintain compliance records
• Conduct employee induction & onboarding programs
• Build strong employee relationships & handle grievances professionally
• Manage HR administration & maintain organized records
• Support recruitment — sourcing, screening & coordination
• Ensure HR policies and statutory requirements are followed

We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years’ HR experience with payroll and employee relations focus
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
