Respond to and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Track and follow up on issues related to job submissions, profile marketing, documentation, and onboarding delays. Coordinate with the internal Bench Sales and documentation teams to escalate and resolve candidates' concerns. Maintain accurate and detailed records of queries, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
