Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering effective employee relations, and overseeing HR management processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with organizational standards, supporting employee engagement, and facilitating a productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations

• Experience in Employee Relations and fostering positive workplace environments
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
