Role Description

This on-site internship role, located in Noida, is for a Human Resources Executive. The selected candidate will support various HR functions, including managing HR operations, assisting in employee relations, implementing HR policies, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department. The role will involve daily collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with HR standards and the delivery of excellent support for both employees and management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources processes
• Experience or interest in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
