JOB TITLE: HR EXECUTIVE / HR RECRUITER We are hiring for HR Executive & HR RECRUITER who will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for HR to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our organization. Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition: ▪ Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. ▪ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support the selection process. ▪ Help onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the organization. • Employee Relations: ▪ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters. ▪ Assist in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner. ▪ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. • HR Administration: ▪ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. ▪ Assist with HR paperwork and documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and performance evaluations. ▪ Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Compliance and Policy Adherence: ▪ Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. ▪ Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures. ▪ Support HR audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Qualifications: ▪ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ▪ 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR profile. ▪ Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. ▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ▪ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. ▪ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
