About the Internship


The Entrepreneurship Network (TEN) is a community-based Edu-Tech platform focused on providing quality education and expertise.


We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Interns to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about your work and eager to gain hands-on HR experience, TEN is an excellent place to grow and develop your professional skills.


Responsibilities


  • Identify hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.


  • Manage various online sourcing platforms for recruitment.


  • Review applications and conduct interviews.


  • Coordinate proactively with candidates throughout the hiring process.


  • Develop and maintain recruitment-related documents.


  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.


  • Provide guidance and counseling on HR policies and procedures.


  • Prepare job descriptions, post advertisements, and manage the overall hiring process.


  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.


  • Design and assist in training and development programs.


  • Support performance management processes.


Skills Required


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing ability.


  • High levels of commitment, flexibility, and motivation to achieve quality results.


  • Proficiency in MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; self-motivated and well-organized.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or related domains is an added advantage.


  • Strong IT fluency and multitasking capability for managing complex projects.


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle ambiguity effectively.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


  • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms for various tasks.


Eligibility Criteria


  • Applicants should:


  • Be available for an unpaid internship for a duration of 2 to 3 months.


  • Be able to start immediately.


  • Possess relevant skills and a strong interest in the HR domain.
