Job Description

As an HR Executive (INTERN) at our company, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will be located at Bhiwandi, Kalyan (Mumbai) on-site and the salary package offered is 1.8 to 2.4 LPA for this full-time position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinate interview logistics, arrange interview panels, and prepare interview materials. - Support new employee onboarding with welcome kits, orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration. - Serve as a point of contact for employees, address inquiries, and facilitate effective communication. - Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment. - Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. - Provide administrative assistance in organizing meetings, drafting communications, and preparing reports. - Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs. - Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with the HR team to address disciplinary matters in line with company guidelines. **Qualifications:** - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures - Experience in managing employee relations and disputes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Proficient in MS Office and HR software - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus - Professional HR certifications are also a plus - Experience in the textile, apparel, and baby products industries is a plus **Additional Details:** - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.,
