HR Intern


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist in the

    recruitment and selection process

    – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the

    onboarding and induction

    of new employees and interns.
  • Maintain and update

    employee and candidate databases

    .
  • Coordinate and support

    placement activities

    for students, including company tie-ups, scheduling interviews, and maintaining placement records.
  • Assist in conducting

    L&D sessions

    , HR surveys, and feedback collection.
  • Support

    employee engagement initiatives

    and internal events.
  • Prepare and maintain

    HR reports, trackers, and documentation

    .
  • Collaborate with HR and training teams for smooth execution of daily operation


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for learning HR practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • Type: Paid
  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Certificate of Completion provided upon successful completion.
  • Full-time Employment Opportunity: Exceptional interns may be offered a permanent HR Executive position based on performance.
