Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance & Biometric Data Management • Download and compile monthly attendance data using the iSecure system. • Maintain accurate attendance records and generate required reports.

2. Saneforce Management • Maintain and update the doctor list with accurate and up-to-date information. • Handle additions, deletions, and modifications as required. • Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth Saneforce operations.

3. Administrative Operations • Conduct cleaning inspections to ensure a clean and organized workplace. • Manage and coordinate office grocery and supply orders. • Handle vendor management, including communication, negotiation, and issue resolution. • Review and approve office-related expenses.

4. Travel Coordination • Book flights and manage travel arrangements through MakeMyTrip or similar platforms. • Ensure timely and cost-effective arrangements for travel, accommodation, and transportation. 

Requirements

• Graduation; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferred).

• Familiarity with attendance management systems and biometric data software. • Strong coordination skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to contribute to the growth of the organization.

• A collaborative team player with strong discipline and professionalism.
