Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern for a remote internship role. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including creating and updating HR policies, managing employee information, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting with employee onboarding and benefits administration. You will also have the opportunity to work on special HR projects and gain hands-on experience in personnel management and human resources practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources fundamentals, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
• Ability to handle HR-related documentation and processes effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic HR tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Enrollment or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
