Human Resources Intern

You will be responsible for the following key tasks in this role: - Handling the entire Recruitment & Selection process of Teachers, Staff & Interns - Conducting ad posting, candidate sourcing, telephonic interviews, and arranging in-person interviews - Conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, and managing documentation - Scheduling and coordinating Placement Drives with College Training and Placement cell - Managing grievance redressals and resolving issues raised by teachers, staff, or interns You are required to possess the following skills for this position: - Effective Communication - Proficiency in English & Hindi (Spoken) - Negotiation & Problem Solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets - Sales skills - Energetic and Competitive Personality The company provides a Hybrid Home Tutoring Platform for Class 1st to 12th, catering to all Subjects and Boards. The focus is on ensuring each child understands concepts at their own pace, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and providing guidance for overall development.
