We provide Hybrid Home Tutoring Platform for Class 1st to 12th, all Subjects, all Boards. Our focus is on making the child understand each and every concept by matching the 'pace of learning' or his/her grasping speed while teaching. Strength and weaknesses of the student are identified and guidance is provided for enhancing the strength and working towards the weaknesses. We handle parents and tutors and arrange home tuition for students. We are in the process of making 'YUVA' a brand name in the field of education technology by focusing on the overall development of a child. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Handling the entire Recruitment & Selection process of Teachers, Staff & Interns Recruitment - Conducting/carry out - ad posting, sourcing of candidates, telephonic interview, setting up in-person interview with interviewers. Selection – Conducting interviews, negotiating salary and documentation Scheduling and coordinating for Placement Drives with College Training and Placement cell to recruit candidates Handling Grievance redressals and issues raised by teachers, staff or interns. REQUIRED SKILLS: Effective Communication, English & Hindi Proficiency (Spoken), Negotiation & Problem Solving, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Sales, Energetic and Competitive Personality, etc. NO.
