Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Sector 2, and requires on-site presence. The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities such as assisting with HR management tasks, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and managing personnel records. The intern will gain practical experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with core Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and experience working with HR policies
• Basic understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a collaborative environment
