Role Description

This is an on-site internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at our New Delhi office. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in daily HR activities, including managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management processes. The role also involves collaborating with the HR team to implement and improve human resource strategies and assist in maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management concepts
• Experience or knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Basic understanding of Personnel Management and related processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
