Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with HR tasks, including the implementation of HR policies, helping with employee benefits administration, supporting personnel management, and managing documentation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teams to ensure smooth HR operations and gaining hands-on experience in various HR domains by assisting in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Familiarity with Personnel Management and organizational HR processes
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (pursuing or completed)
• Proficiency with basic HR software and tools is a plus
