Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals.- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
