Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with HR-related tasks, including helping create, update, and implement HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting personnel management initiatives. The role also entails contributing to employee benefits management and learning about HR management practices while working collaboratively with team members to support the organization’s growth and objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic remote work environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
