Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Kolkata for a Human Resources Intern. The Intern will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include supporting HR staff in managing employee records, helping to coordinate training and development programs, assisting in implementing HR policies, and other administrative tasks as required. The candidate will gain exposure to various aspects of human resources management while working collaboratively with the HR team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with practices related to Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related tools
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
