Reporting To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process - posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain intern records and assist in onboarding & orientation activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for daily updates.
- Help in creating HR reports, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Support HR campaigns, employee engagement, and communication initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes.
- Ability to work 2-3 hours daily with dedication.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
