Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Executive to manage boutique client relationships and ensure top-notch service delivery. The ideal candidate will foster long-term partnerships, handle client inquiries efficiently, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.Introduce new products and services to clients, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Ensure smooth boutique operations by addressing client needs proactively.Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with existing clients.
