Client Relationship Executive

As a Client Relationship Manager, your role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns. It is essential to understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions. Your focus should be on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service. In case of any client complaints, you are expected to address them promptly and professionally. Keeping accurate client records, contracts, and communication history is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the sales/business development team in client retention and upselling opportunities. Providing regular updates, reports, and feedback to management is crucial for this role.
