Role Description

Project ZeroCost is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to assist with daily HR operations. This remote internship role will involve supporting HR processes, managing personnel records, assisting with HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employee benefits programs. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various facets of HR management, providing valuable insights and skills for career development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and fostering employee engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR tools and platforms is a plus
