Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Pune for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will actively support the HR team in daily tasks such as assisting in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR documentation, and coordinating employee benefits. They will also gain hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing HR policies, managing personnel records, and ensuring compliance with HR standards and regulations. Other responsibilities include supporting employee engagement initiatives and implementing HR best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
• Understanding of HR Management, HR Policies, and compliance
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or HR management software is a plus
