Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive based in Pune. The Telecaller Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers, assist customers with loan inquiries, and provide information about RupeeDot's financial products and services. The role involves maintaining customer records, following up on leads, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The candidate will also actively contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting tailored loan products.

Location

- Viman Nagar, Pune.

Time

- 9:30AM to 7:00PM

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and local languages
Must have product knowledge of
Business Loan
and
Home Loan.
Sales and customer service aptitude, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
Knowledge of financial products, loan services, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is advantageous
