KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals in IT and related industries.
• Identify, track, and share suitable job opportunities from various platforms for student placements.
• Develop partnerships with companies for placements, internships, and referrals.
• Maintain positive relationships with alumni to leverage references and referrals for new candidates.
• Guide students in optimizing their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation.
• Conduct career counseling sessions and workshops to enhance employability skills.
• Monitor students’ career progress and provide support for job applications.
• Collect and manage testimonials, feedback, and success stories from students and employers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in

  corporate relations, placements, recruitment, or career services

  (education or IT sector preferred).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and industry hiring trends.
• Basic understanding of social media content creation/management.
