Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the

    end-to-end onboarding process

    for new hires
  • Coordinate and assist with

    new hire inductions

    and documentation
  • Maintain and update

    employee records and HR databases

  • Provide

    day-to-day operational support

    across HR functions
  • Contribute ideas to make HR processes more

    efficient and engaging

  • Assist with

    new joiner surveys

    and

    onboarding MIS tracking


🧩 What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s Degree

    in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal

    skills
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    — knowledge of

    AI tools

    is a plus!
  • Excellent

    organization and time management

    abilities
  • A

    self-starter

    with a learning mindse
