Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Jaipur. The intern will assist in activities related to HR management, drafting HR policies, supporting employee benefits programs, and coordinating personnel management tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR records, conducting research on best practices, and facilitating smooth employee relations in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and experience in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or pursuing one)
• Familiarity with HR tools and software is a plus
