Role Description This is a full-time on-site Management Trainee role located in Bhiwandi for Peppermint Communications. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in various day-to-day tasks related to advertising, branding, events, promotions, publishing, and corporate films. They will work closely with management experts and brand consultants to gain hands-on experience in the communication industry. Training Period: 4-6 Months Salary (Training Period): Rs.12,000 to 18,000 (Depending on Skills & Role) Salary (Post Training Period): Rs.20,000 to 25,000 Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Basic knowledge of advertising and branding concepts Interest in learning about events, promotions, publishing, and corporate films Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
