Management Trainee

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join us as Management Trainees – Sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates from any stream who are eager to start their career in sales and business development. You will be trained in client communication, lead generation, and sales strategies while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Support the team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Participate in meetings, prepare sales reports, and update CRM data.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, target-driven, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate from any stream.
• Freshers with a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
