Management Trainee

Job Description:

We select our new joiners as a Management Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-9-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):

STEP 1: Client Servicing & Client Acquisition / SALES AND MARKETING/ Business Development
STEP 2: HR Trainer(Team Building)STEP 3: Team Leader(Team Management and Leadership)STEP 4: Assistant ManagerSTEP 5: Strategic Business Unit Owner/ Business ExpansionNote: All the levels mentioned above need to be completed

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
