Plan for on-site training & technical presentations to Direct Customers. 5. Marketing Activities: Arranging Presentation, Seminars and Energy Audits etc. 6. Offer Submission, Indent for Booking & Forecast: Submission of Techno Commercial offer to ASC & Direct Customers. Sending Indents of ASC for booking. Follow-up on submitted offers. 7. MIS : All Branch related Sales/ monthly reports to management or any special report as desired from time to time. Competitor activities, new development in the market, information regarding new project activity. MIS related to service, product performance, new product requirement etc. 8. Documents & Records: Performing work & keeping records as per company guidelines under ISO 9001-2015 & applicable standards & QN pertaining to Spares, Service & IB Pumps.
