The material transferred from Supplier to Installer need to have systematic storage , preservations and Inventory control measures. Presently this is left with the Installers where there are incidents of theft, damage and material shortage / Mismatch. The person responsible for the material Management will be taking care of this stock at various locations and will take measures for regular stock verifications and controls.
