Accounting Supervisor

As the Accounting Director at our company, you will be responsible for directing the accounting function at multiple sites and overseeing accounting projects. You will lead subordinate staff and ensure accounting procedures are in compliance to meet corporate and divisional short-term and long-term financial goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Direct the preparation and maintenance of accounting and controls records, including the general ledger, asset inventories, and special analysis, ensuring timely and accurate completion. - Perform accurate month and year-end reporting and consolidation. - Develop and monitor accounting timetables such as monthly close and quarterly German GAAP compliance. - Advise on monthly income statements focusing on production variances. - Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Assist on tax-related projects as needed. - Stay updated on US GAAP, Fiscal, and technical accounting techniques. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Controlling, Certified Accountant preferred. - More than 5 years of experience in accounting. - Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and relevant statutory accounting. - Fluent English skills are preferred.,
